I have been going to Crossroad Dental for about eight years. I’ve always had a very good Experience. On my most recent visit, I had a truly above and beyond experience thanks to his dental assistant, Bo. Bo is an absolute gem. She assisted Dr. Clayton during my crown procedure, and from start to finish she made me feel completely comfortable and genuinely cared for. When the office got cold after a couple of hours, she brought me a blanket without me even asking. That small act said everything about who she is. Bo is kind, reassuring, and attentive in a way that is rare. She didn’t just make me feel like a patient — she made me feel like family. She sets the bar high for what customer service should look like in a medical setting, and she is a true asset to Dr. Clayton’s team.
