Aside from the staff always being welcoming, warm and attentive, crossroads Dental group has been my home for dental needs for over 10 years. Dr. Clayton did my crown for me in 2023. I’ve been struggling financially since then and haven't been back for a cleaning since 2024. It is now 2026 and my crown broke. They have a Warranty on crowns for five years as long as you’re coming in for your cleanings every six months. Due to my financial situation, I wasn’t able to keep up with my cleanings. This makes my payment for the new crown around $1400. Dr. Clayton honored the warranty despite my failure to keep up with the cleanings.
