Overall pretty good experience as a new patient who was due for a cleaning. Good customer service booking the initial appointment and no mention of any out of pocket costs after they collected my insurance information. The day of, I was told it would be $70 for X-rays and I had some questions about the insurance with the female receptionist that could have been handled better but not a deal breaker. Once the appointment had started, the rest of the staff was very professional and polite. Only reason for the 4 star was due to the waiting in between each task and overall cost. After my 1.75 hour appointment (a good portion of the time was spent waiting), I went out to my vehicle to see an advertisement for new patients for a cleaning and xray for less than what I paid for just X-rays. Felt like there could have been more transparency and explanation for my initial questions about the cost. Would absolutely recommend this practice to a friend or family.

Treated extremely well by all involved. The Hygienist I had was very thorough in cleaning my teeth. First class dental group!

First, I want to say "Kristen is wonderful!" She went out of her way to help us get the work done that was needed during a difficult time. She worked with the dentist and they made it happen. We are so very thankful!!
